What file format will my files be delivered in?

All final logo designs come in popular file formats, including JPG, PDF, PNG, AI, and SVG files. Other branding documents will be delivered in PDF format.

Who will print my collateral pieces?

You are responsible for printing any add-on brand collateral items, but we are happy to recommend a printing company if you would like. 

What do I have to have ready before my project start date?

You will need to have any brand photography that you want used in the brand identity or collateral items before your project can be started.

How do I pay for my package?

If you are purchasing the Core Value Discovery DIY package, you will pay in full upon checkout.  Your package will be delivered via email as a downloadable PDF. If you are purchasing any of the other branding packages, you will be billed 50% upon checkout and you will receive your Branding Questionnaire and Project Proposal Contract to begin the process.  You will be billed the remainder upon completion of the project.
